About Iriní: As a native of Southern Greece, Iriní grew up surrounded by talented chefs. Her father Alexander Kaloudis was a chef on cargo ships and her mother Theodora ran a local pastry shop in Piraeus Greece. Growing up around these two wonderful parents, Iriní inherited an interest in the art of cooking. She began cooking at the age of eight with her grandmother. In Greece, cooking and eating together is symbolic of love and care, and Iriní strives to share this experience with others. Iriní is the author of the cookbook "My Beautiful Greece" which can be purchased here. She was also featured in a full length article in the Morning Call. Click here to read!
